Dawn M. Foster is the director of Developer Relations at Jive Software and has more than 10 years of experience in technology and software. Her primary areas of expertise are open source software and Web 2.0. Dawn is the author of the Open Culture Blog (opencultureblog.com) and is currently working on a book for O'Reilly Media about the art of community. She organizes a monthly Portland BarCamp Meetup event for local technology employees and is a member of the Portland Open Source Software Entrepreneurs (POSSE).
